I’m Tamara Gardellis, a brand and cultural strategist helping organizations lead with meaning and move with precision.   • NY Travel & Tourism: surfaced post-pandemic travel insights through national quantitative research and cultural ethnography, then translated them into a refreshed platform that came to life across TV, digital, influencer, and owned social
  • Seagram’s Gin: developed and executed integrated national experiential, on and off-premise, and partnership programming, including three national concert tours with artists like CeeLo Green
  • Nike: led a cultural ethnography that inspired an award-winning skateboarding app
  • AXE: directed a global masculinity study, combining qualitative depth with quantitative analysis, that reframed the brand’s voice

My perspective has  also been shaped by international travel to 80+ cities worldwide.

Experiencing cultures firsthand, from street markets to boardrooms, has deepened my ability to spot the nuances of human behavior, bridge global and local perspectives, and uncover insights that resonate across borders.

Beyond brand repositioning, I have launched a startup wine label and an album,  designed and deciphered research frameworks that combine quantitative rigor with qualitative depth, and led cross-functional teams to deliver fully integrated campaigns spanning experiential, digital, social, influencer, broadcast, and retail.  Today, I also specialize in AI-powered marketing, helping brands embrace next-gen tools without losing the human connection.
